Link card is an electronic card which is enabled to provide individuals information according to parameters of his/her status of need.
It contains secret data index that enables one to receive services on selected platforms.

Poverty is classified ‘in four major categories’

  2. B – Bereaved families (orphan custodians)
  3. C-Capable
  4. D-Disabled.
